Cannot login with username and password

Sir, i had appied for a online acess to my account in sbi puthuvipe branch, ernakulam.my account no is 10510742052.i recieved the kit with username and password.i entered the username and password in the online login page.and got message registered successfully.but i could not login to my account online .though i applied for reactivation i could not login .please activate my online connection as soon as possible.my user name 1297298.presently i am working in dubai.
