Non receipt of pf refund

I am an ex-employee of Infosys BPO and last year 19th June I submitted my PF Application. Till this time I didnt received any PF amount. When checked with oracle office, got the information that they already submitted my application to the PF authourties in Noveber 2007. So when contacted the PF Office I am not getting any response. Could anyone help me to get this issue sorted out?
