I Mehul Thakkar has purchase Nokia Mobile from Mobile Stores before maximam 3 or 4 months i have bill also of my sister's name Anjali D Thakkar. Before 5 days i got some problem in mobile and which is unable to switch-on at that time i gone for service it in Orbit Innovative Services at Ahmedabad and i discussed with that person first of all he is not ready to give me warrant for that particuar problem and also he told me that instead of replace my mobile with another he told me for repair and also told that charges is also i have to barred that What about my warrant period and also that particular person told me that it is not confirm that mobile will be repair or not he told me for try what about try when i have given it for repair in NOKIA CARE. Another thing when i have given my mobile for repair on 02.08.08 on saturday they told me that you will get call from our side about condition of your phone on 04.08.08 or 05.08.08 but today is 07.08.08 i don't get single call from their side.

So kindly upper level go through it and please get back to me as early as possible
