What else can you do apart from sending me your sincere apologies. That is what is maximum a customer can get from you in case of a service failure. I still remember the day i had placed the order, when i had accidentally visited your website and i received numerous calls from India Today Book Club to go for the offer.
Somehow, i have now started feeling that you guys are incapable of handling such a website as you don't have a proper stock of things. I would suggest the Marketing team to be in regular touch with the Supply Chain so that your customers don't have to wait for too long for there stuff. In your kind of selling, its only the service that makes all the difference. The faster you deliver, the more you get.
Kindly start having regular updates from your warehouse on the availability of the products that you are advertising.
I was planning to place another Order but, i have changed my mind and would prefer buying the stuff from a shop rather than buying it from India Today as i hate to wait.
One more thing, Your Helpline Number (011-40502424) is of no use as the IVR doesn't transfer the call to the concerned executive and the caller literally puts it off as you can hold onto a phone for more than an hour at the max.
Please do something about these issues or else, you would never be able to touch base with your customers.
Note : - Now, finally, would anybody tell me by when can i claim my watch.
