My GAS Agency is M/s Neelkanth Gas Service, C-1/12, vashishth Park, opp. Janak Cinema Petrol Pump, Pankha Road, New delhi-110046 & consumer No. NK-28. I had booked a gas on Monday (25/08/08) at that time I was told that gas cylinder will be sent by Thursday (28/08/08). When the gas was not delivered, I contacted the agency, where I was told by Mr. Shailender to produce the papers of gas connection allegating me for not using the gas for more than three months. Whereas the fact of the case is that I applied for Gas on 21/05/08 & the same was delivered to me on 05/06/08 after a gap of 14 days and that too with a sort of fictitious receipt taking away Rs.344.75 in place of Rs.294.75 from my wife. For your easy consideration please find enclosed the IOC effected prices of the cylinder w.e.f. 09/06/08 (www.iocl.com/Products/LiquefiedPetroleumGas.aspx). How the allegation of Mr. Shailender for not using the gas for more than 3 months holds true? It is ridiculous. It is a straight away case of deceiving the innocent customer for no fault. It is therefore, requested that the overcharged amount may please be refunded to me at the earliest.
