Manufacturing of Packaged Drinking Water during the period of STOP MARK

Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention to a fact that, some of the manufactures of Packaged Drinking Water in Kerala has been still continuing there production under STOP MARK [IS 14543] from Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). The public were not aware of the STOP MARK, because they didn’t know what actually the STOP MARK is. The Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) has the right to inspect the plant during the same period, but I am afraid that they were fully trusted on the managements.By taking advantage of this manufactures continuing their production as well as marketing of their goods in public market.By Putting Batch number and Date which were previous to the date of Stop Memo
