Pan card
Not yet recieved and modification

I have not recieved my pan card till date as i had applied in november. I have got acknowledgement no via SMS on my mobile. Ack no is 060840100452530.

Also the sir name mentioned in status enquiery of pan card on internet is printed wrong (it was printed GUIRIYAL). In actual it should be QUIRIYAL. Kindly modify my sir name and send it as earliest.
