Missing my pancard

Dear sir,

My self saroj rai my pancard is missing from one month. My PAN allotted no is ALAPR7132B I have already mail to you regarding this but there is no action till yet. I am facing lots of problems for missing pancard. This is humble request to you please do needfull for this. I hope you will surely respond of this mail.
