I applied for a new pan card in Nov'08 through form no. 49 A from Bharuch, Gujarat IT Pan Centre.
Presently I am working with Toyo Engineering in Bharuch site. My application number is 999999999, coupon number is 30341269 and my pan card number is CBRPS4575A. As per the despatch detail my pan card was despatched to my Chennai address on 14th Nov'08. But I came to know it was not delivered at my Chennai address. I made a complaint in Jan'09 about the non delivery of my pan card at my Chennai address. Again I was told by the person through whom I had applied for the Pan card, it will be delivered to your Chennai address. So far I didn't receive my pan card at my Chennai address.
Kindly do the needful in this regard to get my pan card at the earliest. You are aware that, I have to use my pan card xerox copy for all official and personal dealings.
