Pan card
I dont have photo id proof for pan card

Sir/madam,

My nam eis Jimish Shah, resident of Mumbai. I want to get a new pan card for my mother as I have lost her old pan card, but the problem is that I dont have any photo id proof of her

The original pan card pphoto proof submitted was perhaps her passport, but it is not with me now

Although I have her pan number and a copy of her pan card.

Please help me out with this matter as soon as possible
