Application for issue of duplicate PAN card has been filed on 26 Sep 09.
Ack No: - 010120201041451. I was holding PAN Card No - AGRPP7702P and the same was reflected in my service documents (Pay Slip & Form -16) since initial issue. The card has been lost (27 Jul 09) and re- applied for the same on 26 Sep 09. While enquiry from NSDL it was found that the status regarding PAN card showing that it ha been deleted /de-activatedby I.T deptt. Now, present PAN card status shows the card No is - AGYPP6717H which is not at all held by me or used by me for any other correspondence/puposes.
I will be highly obliged for an early issue of the PAN card No - AGRPP7702P (duplicate) which will help me a lot.
