Pan card
PAN Card dispatched, but still I didn't Received

Dear Sir,

I'm SABABATHI B. I've Applied for PAN Card on Jan 23 rd 2008.(One of my Friend also applied with me and he got PAN on Feb 9 th 2008) But Till now I didn't get my PAN Card. I saw my PAN status on Net, there were mentioned as PAN dispatched. How can I communicate with PAN Issuing center? and How to receive my PAN? Please tell me a solution.
