I have allotted a PAN No.(BSEPS3617N) in the month of feb. but there is major mistake that is my Father Name is PARSURAM KUMAR SHARMA but in aloted PAN CARD there it written as PASURAM KUMAR SHARMA.

Correct Name: PARSURAM KUMAR SHARMA

Incorrect Name: PASURAM KUMAR SHARMA

SO, I am requesting to reissue my PAN card in the address given below.
