Execess bill charged

Dear Sir

I had disconnected the BSNL mobile connection on August 6th. My monthly mobile bill was coming about Rs 175/- only for the last three years, but for the period from July 19 to August 19 the total billed amount imposed on me was Rs. 7538 which is not at all possible.(Bill enclosed as attachement).

I had deposited all bills on due date and had never activated GPRS facility.
