I called up at Papa Johns Pizza, Gurgaon Branch on 16th Jan at 6:25 pm for a home delivery. I checked on a offer which is running currently- "Order a Medium Pizza and get Garlic Cheesestick Pepsi for Rs 40 only". I wanted to order Garlic Breadstick instead of Cheesestick since the price for both the items was same i.e Rs 65. Since there was no difference in the price, not even a single penny I expected that my request will be honored. But I got a pat reply on my face that the same cannot be accommodated. I was extremely surprised with that response in an age when Customer is considered a King. Mind you I was not expecting any accommodation which was not possible since there was NO difference in the price.
I was quite disappointed with the way I was treated and decided not to order. I informed the guy at the phone desk that I prefer not to order if my request doesn't get considered and the person said that's ok.
I want to tell Papa Johns that they have just lost a customer. And expect that someone would call me to apologise for the disrespect.
