Refund not received

I have booked a ticket on paramount airways flight no.17 - 414 03.03.09 (PNR no. 001GAH) from Trivandrum-chennai. Later I have cancelled the filght due to enormous flight delay. I was told that refund will be done 4~5 working days. But even today (11.03.09), I haven't received any feedback.
