Delay in police verification for passport

Sir,

Same is the problem again, police workmen do not visit our places for verification and they dont even care to remove the dust from the passport verification files..Application Date : 11-05 and File Reference Number: GUW-A010279-09... Still status is waiting for police verification..

Question is, which door should we knock now?? or have to still wait for another 5 months..when will they wake up???

please help
