I, "Ruchi Shrivastava File Reference No: LKO-Z180003-09 Appliction Date: 18-06 Applicant's Date of Birth :14-02-1987" In 08-08 I found the details that my all the documents are completed and accepted and the status was "Passpot has been granted and is expected to be dispatched by 13-08.Subject to all documents being in order." But in 11-08 the issue passport has rejected or cancelled.

Than 21-08 the applicant personaly contect with P.R.O officer Mr. Buddhi Sagar and he tell the applicant that the passport will be issued under ten days.

Applicant's police report, L.I.U. resional officer and A.S.P report in office of Mr. P.R.O post counter has recived on 21-08 mention.

But Applicant's S.P. report has not been enclosed in the bbove file.

So, kindly grant my passpot as early as possible
