Delay in issue passport after police verification

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have applied the passport in Hyderabd long back, and I got the status from passport enquiry counter on 30-Dec as "all police verifications are cleared and positive, I may get passport on or before 10 Jan". But still I have not received my passport.

Kindly look into this issue and send my passport as early as possible.

1) File Reference Number: HYD W235044 07

2) Year of Application: 2007

3) City Applied: Hyderabad.
