Respected Sir,

I m shareholder of this company. Some time before this company reduced their share capital From rs 10/- to rs 1/-. & not given notice to shareholder & not given 9/- refund. Company is not giving full information about "Mayajaal Ltd" matter. & now... it is going to be de-listing.

What is this going on...

The company is cheating to Shareholder???
