PAN Card Not Recived

Dear Sir,

My photo is not clear in pan card. My pan number is BJPRS5492P.i am applied for same through UTI Moradabad Branch.

My Processing fee coupon number is 027748212 .My CSF no is 703702634 dated 31.oct.08, center code 4UPB269. My name is Ashish Kumar Sharma So far i have not received the PAN Card.

We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. If I got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you.
