Wrong Date of birth

Sir,

I have receive my PAN # with wrong Date of birth and printed father's name is also wrong.

My PAN # is CBQPS7855C

My Date of birth is 4/08/1963.

My father's name is Ayyagari Kashivishwanath Sharma.

Please correct it, and reissue a new pan card

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS ITS BEING VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE IT.
