Narrow old broken staircase for suburban trains on Gandhi Irvin Road

It is impossible to use the staircase during peak hours also not possible to cross the zebra crossing opposite the station without a police to regulate the traffic. Beggars and hawkers are scattered at the entrance gate and persons buying tickets block the entrance leading to the station.
