I travelled in SHIPRA EXPRESS from Indore to Howrah on 13/05. Details of ticket are as under:

During the entire travel, AC did not work properly and we were told by attending staff that 1 blower is totally failed and other one also not working as required.
Despite paying AC charges, we travelled without AC with suffocation and do not know whether there is any option to get refund for AC charges paid?
