I have taken a postpaid connection 15 days back. After calling Customer care 100 times, and visiting Vodafone store a number of times, i got my verification done. Presently i am staying alone so i requested them to come at a particular period of time. But they never turn up. Anyhow i got the verification done, finally. its been more than 24hrs now and still the connection is not activated.i have to call from airtel no. to vodafone customer care 9811098110. but there is no option of going to postpaid agent. So they keep you on hold and nobody comes back. Luckily, Some neeraj came online, i asked him will he able to help me with postpaid connection? as my SIM card is showing rejected. he said yes, and put me on hold and never came back.its really frustrating.i guess vodafone has employed a crazy bunch of people who cant say frankly whether they cab help or not. And their punchline says"Happy to help". Now again i have to visit vodafone store tmrw.its like going through trauma.i wouldnt have taken Vodafone if the Blackberry 8320 was available with airtel.i am using airtel from past 3 years, hardly i have any complaints. Its sad.
