Herrisment by Landlord

Dear Sir,

i am anurag gupta, living as paying guest in the house of Mr. Dinesh Tandon, C, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. My Landlord and his wife Poonam Tandon is always herrish us by many ways. they stops the water-pump when we are using our water tank, always trying to look inside our bedroom, throwing their wastes in our portion, always abusing us, any so many ways.

I am requesting you to please help me.
