Poor service and facility

Dear Sir,

today i come from hospital and i take 500rs petrol for my car (UP 14 Y 0466) and bill number :- 466.

I take petrol from SHYAMPURIA INDIAN OIL, AMBABARI JHOTWARA ROAD JAIPUR. TIN 0810165934338.

WHEN I ASK TO STAFF ABOUT AIR CHECKING IN MY CAR TYRES BECAUSE VERY LOW AIR IN MY CAR TYRES.

THERE IS NO ANY PERSON FOR CHECKING THE AIR I STAND THERE TOTAL 40 MINUTES BUT ANY NO RESPONDING TO ME.

EVERYBODY SAY NO PERSON AVAILABLE FOR THIS SERVICE PERSON WILL COME AT 11 OCLOCK AFTER THAT GIVE THE SERVICE AND ALL STAFF BEHAVE LIKE ANIMAL...

I'M VERY SHOCKED AND I ALSO DEPOSITE COMPLAINT LETTER IN COMPLAINT BOX BUT STAFF TOLD ME THAT WE THROW OUT THIS LETTER AFTER SOME TIME BECAUSE NO SECURE COMPLAINT BOX.

SO PLS TELL ME CUSTOMER WHAT CAN DO?? BECAUSE NO COMPLAINT BOX AND NO ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON ON PETROL PUMP.

I'LL GO TO CONSUMER COURT ON MONDAY IF YOU ARE NOT GIVE ME RESPONDING.
