PF Commissioner Thane
PF Withdrawl / FPF Certificate

I was working with M/S.Essel Propack Ltd.-Vasind, Tal-Shahapur, Dist-Thane during period July 92 to Au 2005.Employee no. is 001099.

I was getting PF amount Rs.238288/- (Partly Payment). Since then I have not getting further PF & Family Pension certificate. My PF no. is MH/23961/466

My PF is held with Regional PF commisioner Thane.

So kindly look into the matter.
