This is to inform you that the said amount of settlement Rs 15, 092 has not reached my bank account on 8th March 1996. Infact, I’ve personally visited your office in VAPI in June and submitted request letter as your office has confirmed that the cheque was not cleared.

Please look into the matter and let me know the correct position. I’ve once again submitted ‘transfer request’ to my organization, ITC Limited, to do the necessary formality.

I’m sure that the standard rate of interest will be applicable on the PF amount of 15, 092 for the period from 1995 to 2008.
