Dear Sir's/Madam

Hai im Sunil working in KMF (Karnataka Milk Federation) as System Administrator. Recently a week ago i bought a new Philips Mini Audio System model no FWD186. From the day one i could not able to play any of the DVD disks properly. It will be stopped in between, image will not be clear, motion pictures will strucked while playing a brand new DVD disks.
