Very poor service

This is regarding Philips Television Model Number. I have bought the TV last year only and TV got defected twice in a year. When the TV was in warranty period nobody turned up and repair it. When i have escalated to senior level then after 10 Day technician came and repaired it.

Since then im facing lots of problem in it.

I have called up Philips customer care on Friday-2/07/09 and registered the complaint but they said that due to upgradation they cant provide me complaint number but some Senior technician will visit at my place in 48 hours but till date nobody turned up.

Today 7/7/09 again i called up and spoken to Jyoti and told him the problem and asked for complaint number, she said due to syatem upgradation she cannot proovide me the same.

Philips is not registering my complaint and not giving me after sales service.

Such a rubbish brand i have ever used in my life.

I want to go & file case in consumer court and want the compensation for the harrasment.
