I purchased a Philips Water filter from Croma on 9th and was promised that by Monday Philips will send person to Install the equipment. I also received an SMS from philips confirming that Installation would be done on the 10th Aug against a job no. j832840931000454. I am writing this after waiting till today (12th Aug) - till now no one has turned up for installing the Equipment.
I would suggest others not to buy Philips Water filter - I can understand what will happen when the filter requires to be changed.
