I had purchased a home theatre system (HTS 3090) in Aug.
Exactly after an year it stopped working (my bad luck, warranty had just expired).
I gave my player to the philips service center at Ganganagar bangalore on Sep-06-08. Till date I have not got any reply from them. I call them up every week and hear the same answer "spare has not arrived". Pathetic service, my advice is don't goto philips service centers for any kind of service. A road side mechanic can do a better job.
