Dear CS,

This is to inform you that, i have given my philips dvd for services on 7th of march. The service centre promised me to give it back by one week. When i called the centre they give me excuse of the engr, this not exceptable. Today is 31st of march till now no reponse. My request is pls take this issue as serious & clear the problem.
