Hi All,
I have gone through all forums regarding the very poor Products/Service from the customer service centers through out the India.
Actually i am in search to buy a new DVD player but after reading all these issues faced by most of the customers i am totally shocked about the poor service by the Philips and Quality less products and the Quality less spare parts.
Why the products are getting for repair with in a short span of time.. are the cheap parts/products are dumped from china with less cost and selling for high prices in India...
Or else gaining the most of money from the Service Centers due to poor sales of philips products because of not maintaing the Standard Quality.
Does the service center people are worthful of solving the issues raised by customers, I think so NOOOOO bcz all are raising the finger on the service center people and also the products.
I think Earlier it is Rough and Tough product to use. right now? it has become right and tough to judge or buy the Philips products.
I think Philips is loosing his Brand Name in INDIA...
