I am sneha i had purchased a mini home theatre in the month of march 08. i had e-mailed my complaint to you people on tuesday but yet i didnt recieved your suggestion from you'll.
i had taken a mini home theatre (model no.-HTS3000 / 94) from croma at juhu in the month of march 08 and i am having a warranty of 1 year. my system is not working properly and it got rusty also since i am staying near by beach . i had complaint to philips customer sevice on 19.12.08, the concern person told me that our technician will come anytime within 48 hrs. and the technician had come on 22.12.08.The technician named Mr. Jay prakash took some parts to repaire and told that he will return it after 4 to 5 days which is a very long period and secondly he told me that he cannot help me with the rusty speakers. As far as i know in warranty period all the repairing is done by the company. I am not telling to replace my system i am just requesting to repair the rusty speakers. Mr. Jay prakash said that it is not our job to paint your system and you are free to complaint also.
kindly look into my problem, help your customers to stick to your company only, because there are many other option
