The product was purchased from croma Belapur, Navi mumbai on 18.12.2008.It has one year warranty from philips and extended waranty from croma.
The product stopped working on 16.12.2009. I contacted croma, Which advised me to contact philips customer service centre. Philps service centre did not agree to send technecian to repair it nor to note down the complain as it is a portable product.
Kindly do the needful.
