Not functioning properly

I purchased the above mentioned product from great eastern, 30/b, jessore road, (opp: rathtala math) on 26-07-09. now it is not functioning properly. waters coming out just like a thin thread. i have already lodged complaints several times on 8th, 9th & 10 th nov.i have received two sms in my mobile that, they will come to solve the problem on 9th nov, 09 from 2-30 hrs to 4-30 hours and on 10th nov from 4-30 hrs to 6-30 hrs.but nobody come at all.so, how long i have to suffer from this acute problems? pls do the needful & oblige at your earliest.
