PF not recd since July 08

I was member of PF fund pune during my service period Sep 2005 to April 08, I left the job for my personal reasons & started my own business from May 08, Piaggio has submitted papaers in Jyly 08 towards withdrawal of my PF/FPF etc. but till today the amount has not been credited to my AXIS BANK-BARAMATI 135010100090049
