I have lost my SIM card on 1 July. The prepaid no. was 9434223481. It was issued to Project Director, PIU, PWRD from BSNL. The address was PIU, PWRD, Writers' Buildings, Top Floor, Main Block, Writers' Buildings, Kolkata - 700001. My request is to deactivate it at the earliest.
