Colour damage

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have purchase a 2 wheeler bike with gear (platinum 125) on 25th july from Borivali shajanand motor,

but now it started colour removing from the body.

secound ly during morning time it found heavy jurking to engaging the gear.

kindly advice with whom i have to contact to rectify the problem in under gurantee period
