Transfer of premium to concern branch by darya ganj branch (126)

I have deposited premium of my policy no 120494670 thru tr. no. 5586-0002 in your daryaganj branch but till date this has not been transfered to branch no .12D, from this policy is taken. i am suffering since last two years without any fault at my end. This is matter of concerned and sheart negligence at your daryaganj brabch. branch 12D is also following it but of no use. Pl take it seriously and get things delivered.
