The Plocy details not matching as per information given telephonically when approched for plocy

I was told before taking insurance policy (No.1737301) that :

1. I will receive Rs 1.80 Lacs after payment of annual premium of Rs 40, 000/- (38, 000/-) for three years and this will be mentioned in policy paper.

2. 2 % discount will be given.

I have received the policy (No. 1737301) document but no such information is contained in the document. Please confirm the above points so that I can decide whether I continue the policy or withdraw if not satisfied with respect to the assurance given before taking the policy.
