Lethargic attitute of the staff

Sir, my policy no. is 191470240 in the name of Mrs Shri Kala sharma which has been due on

11.05.2009 but due to non availability of the duplicate policy I couldnot get the maturity amount.

I have submitted the required papers as advised by your Gopi Nath Marg jaipur Branch before 4 days

ago but so far I have not received the maturity payment.

With profound regret I inform you that the telephone nos of your aforesaid branch is not attended by

any one, you can also verify to ring up the branch on following nos. 0141 2369762/2371635.

Total no of policies of my family are more than 9 and annual premium is paid by us around 60000.00

despite of that your aforesaid branch doesnot value the client. If you want to know the nos of my

policies I will e mail you at later date because at this moment I donot remember all the nos.

Please revert me at the earliest.
