I got my SBI Credit card on 20th Nov... they state me that ur pin-code of your card has been dispatched soonly n u will get it nxt 10 working days..i didnt get my card pin code till 3rd december..i request agn to dispatched my pin n tell me soonly its urgent for me..agn they stated that u will get in nxt 7 days..but i didnt get that time of... on 19th december i got a call from sbi card they ask me for their card service n how much points i would lyk to give them..i asked them again about my pin code they again told u will absolutly have it in nxt 2 days... today is december 21st... i didnt get my card pin code and i wanna take action against sbi-card statements... plzz take this on priority base... and take action as soon as possible..
