This is Rajesh here. I have booked a bus ticket on APSRTC website from Bangalore to Ongole and my date of journey was 14th Dec. The bus service number is 5849 and the booking id is 16693078.While I was waiting to board the bus, I got call from the bus driver that the bus has a mechanical issue and it is cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my account. The ticket fare is Rs.1138 .So I had boarded another bus and paid the fare of Rs.1130 after waiting for another hour in the pollution filled bus stop and all I get are the last 2 seats (for me and my wife). Today is 25th Dec and I have got any refund to my account. I called the bangalore customer care 080 – 22873915/ 65791646 where in the 2nd number is not working. Some one received the call on the first number and they informed me that it is enquiry and he gave me another numner which is 080-22873914.I called this number and I get a message that the number is NOT TO BE FOUND.I have no idea who to contact. I have called another customer care number 09945516545 and its the same agent who picked the first cal and informed me in a frustrated tone that this number is not for refund. I am not sure what to do at this time.
No one is taking responsibility for no fault of mine.
