Uncessary charges deducted

my cell number please note 9623676508

i have recharged on 7th jan and on 8th jan for rs 50.. automatically my balance is

beocme zero. without even using or king even one single call

when i emailed my greviance to idea customer service they confimed that these are some VAS pack charges which i never applied for.

I am running a small business and need cell to call my customer. on 8th jan when recharged my balance for rs 50 and took the phone to call one of my client. I was shock to know that my balance is zero.

Hence i have not got satisfactory resoulation, also to add up when i called ur idea phone call center pls check my number with the the time i had called that was 8th jan at around 3.00 p.m the customer service officer inspite of hearning my voice he said i m not able to here your voice" and then lauged and disconnected my call.

is this the way your customer service treat the customer.
