I had purchased the LED SAMSUNG TV 26'' ES 4000 Model from Vasanth & co Tirunevali, Last Month, There is display problem one side right top upper corner display screen going in side from the Outer Panel scratches &, also there is Sound problem while changing the channel (speaker woofing with unwanted sound) in had register the complaint with customer care and Vasanth & co Com no : 8448275826, the Samsung service people come from Tuticorin and checked the TV and they taken the photos and they made the report to HO couple of weeks before, Till now there is No action to change the TV because its a Brand new...
