Last Sunday I had gone to recharge my phone only to find out that my plan has been changed to lifetime validity and all my call rates and other charges have increased all of a sudden. Complained it took them 4 days to revert.

By which time from monday morning I have not been received messages and friends havent received mine. My SMS facility just doesnt seem to work. When called they asked me to check the msg centre still to no use then call them over and over again... only to explain the problem and not even one customer care personnel seemed to understand. Their standard answer to any complaint is "Give us 48 hours..."

Till now I havent recieved a single message, Its really annoying cos its such a strain to change a number... after using it for this long. But seems a better choice after calling them everyday for the same complaint.

One thing I have noticed during the whole week their customer care is more of a customer sore... You'd rather not call...
