Not attanding complain properly

I have purchased my ac two months ago. it is a difective piece . i have complained many times in coustmer care but none is came.once a executive came and said that in its plate there is a defect and it will be replaced as soon as possible. but thereafter no one came to repaire it

please look in to the matter and resolve this problem.
